Role overview
Veep Software is seeking a Regional Sales Executive, US Financial Institutions to drive revenue growth for Veep’s Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution across US banks and credit unions. This is a high-impact role responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy for financial institutions and establishing Veep as a trusted provider in a regulated and relationship-driven market.
You will engage executive stakeholders across all financial institutions navigating complex buying processes, demo’s, due diligence and contracting.
EWA knowledge is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate brings strong experience selling into US financial institutions, a strong network, and a proven ability to close complex FI deals.
Key responsibilities
Revenue delivery
- Deliver US FI sales targets (pipeline, bookings, and long-term revenue growth) with the Global Head of Partnerships.
- Deliver a repeatable sales cadence across banks and credit unions, including segmentation, messaging, and playbooks.
Enterprise sales & strategic account development
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Build relationships with senior FI stakeholders, typically including:
- Chief Experience Oficers
- CEO’s
- CTO/CIO’s and CPO’s
- Head of Member/Customer Experiences
- Create compelling business cases and ROI narratives that align to FI priorities (e.g., customer acquisition/retention, engagement, financial wellness, competitive differentiation).
Stakeholder management in regulated environments
- Partner closely with internal teams (Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure smooth due diligence, onboarding, and launch readiness.
Market development & partnerships
- Represent Veep in the market: conferences, events, and executive briefings.
- Provide structured voice-of-customer feedback to influence roadmap, packaging, and positioning.
Team contribution & leadership
- Act as a team player within the sales organization—bringing rigor to forecasting, pipeline inspection, and sales excellence.
Required qualifications
- Experience selling into US financial institutions, specifically banks and/or credit unions. Experience in Fintechs/EWA will also be considered.
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise B2B deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees and short, mid and long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions that require navigating risk, compliance, and procurement.
- Strong industry presence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene.
- Ability to travel as needed for executive meetings, conferences, and key deal milestones.
Preferred qualifications (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Earned Wage Access (EWA), financial wellness, payroll-adjacent solutions, or consumer financial benefits.
- Experience selling regulated SaaS / API-enabled solutions, fintech infrastructure, payments, or digital banking products.
- Existing relationships across FI ecosystems (bank/CU executives, innovation leaders, vendor management, relevant partners).
- Experience working with or alongside FI third-party risk/security assessment processes.
