Reporting to: Global Head of Sales and Partnerships

Location: US East Coast preferable

The role will support a global function and will require flexibility to work across international time zones when needed.  

About the Role 

Veep Software is looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to support the Global Head of Sales and Partnerships across sales operations, partner engagement, marketing activity, social media, events, CRM management and administrative support. 

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple business areas, can manage competing priorities, and is confident supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping drive Veep Software’s partner engagement, brand presence, sales support activity and commercial operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales and Partnerships Support 

  • Support the Global Head of Sales and Partnerships with day-to-day administration, outreach and follow-up activity. 
  • Assist with partner engagement, partner communications and relationship management. 
  • Book and coordinate product demos, sales meetings, partner meetings and follow-up calls. 
  • Prepare, update and maintain sales decks, presentation materials and supporting documents. 
  • Help track commercial actions, partner activity, meeting outcomes and next steps. 

CRM and Commercial Operations 

  • Keep the CRM up to date with accurate contact, company, opportunity, partner and activity information. 
  • Ensure meeting notes, follow-ups, event actions and pipeline updates are recorded consistently. 
  • Support reporting on sales activity, partner engagement, campaigns and event outcomes. 
  • Help improve CRM processes, data quality and internal commercial workflows. 

Marketing and Social Media Support 

  • Support marketing activity across campaigns, content, events and partner communications. 
  • Manage and maintain Veep Software’s social media presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn. 
  • Help grow Veep Software’s LinkedIn presence, engagement and following. 
  • Coordinate, schedule and publish social media posts, announcements and thought-leadership content. 
  • Bring strong social media skills and marketing capability to help increase visibility, engagement and brand consistency. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather content, updates, success stories and event-related material. 

Events Management 

  • Plan, coordinate and manage events, webinars, partner sessions and customer meetings. 
  • Ensure all pre-event, during-event and post-event actions are completed, tracked and recorded. 
  • Manage event invitations, attendee lists, logistics, materials, briefing notes and follow-up activity. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, prospects, partners and suppliers to ensure events run smoothly. 
  • Record event outcomes, actions, leads, partner feedback and next steps in the CRM or relevant tracking systems. 

Diary and Administrative Support 

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate logistics across global time zones. 
  • Draft emails, meeting notes, agendas and follow-up communications. 
  • Maintain organised records, trackers and shared documents. 
  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Global Head of Sales and Partnerships. 

 

About You 

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global commercial environment. You will be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing a varied workload across sales support, partner engagement, marketing, events, social media and administration. 

Skills and Experience 

Essential 

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, partnerships or commercial teams. 
  • Experience with partner engagement and professional stakeholder communication. 
  • Strong social media skills, especially LinkedIn. 
  • Marketing capability, including content coordination, campaign support or brand communications. 
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, including pre-event and post-event activity. 
  • Confidence using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data. 
  • Ability to manage diaries, meetings, events and competing priorities across global time zones. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. 
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint or similar presentation tools. 

Desirable 

  • Experience in a software, technology or SaaS business. 
  • Experience creating or editing sales decks and marketing collateral. 
  • Experience supporting webinars, industry conferences, customer events or partner events. 
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, social scheduling tools, marketing platforms or CRM reporting. 
  • An interest in partnerships, marketing, customer engagement and commercial operations.
